If the products have not yet been shipped, customers can contact us at any time to change the address, and eBee Technology will recalculate the shipping cost.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers can return undamaged products and receive a refund within 30 days after purchase, but corporate procurement/wholesale orders (with orders exceeding 10 units)/distributor orders may not be refundable. Orders exceeding 30 days cannot process refund requests for non-quality issues.

eBee Technology provides a 12-month warranty period for products to handle exchange needs caused by product quality issues.
