Returns and Refunds

Overview

The return and refund policy of eBee Technology only applies to products on the official website(https://www.ebee.com), and we do not assume any responsibility for other channels that sell our products.

eBee Technology provides 30-day returns and exchanges after delivery(except for corporate procurement/wholesale orders or with orders exceeding 10 units/distributor orders) and a 12-month product quality guarantee.

eBee Technology’s returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please carefully inspect all items upon receiving the package. Any damage not caused by eBee Technology is not covered by the warranty. If your item is damaged during transportation or malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact us and provide pictures or videos to show the problem. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

eBee Technology reserves all interpretation rights for the Returns and Refunds policy.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and boxes. Except for product quality problems and wrong items sent, we are not responsible for the costs of returns due to other reasons.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

When returning items for non-quality issues, the customer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. eBee Technology does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality-related warranty claims.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items.

Conditions of Free Returns

  • If you receive the wrong items, you can send photos or videos of the products. After confirmation, we will arrange for a free return for you.
  • Due to reasons related to eBee Technology, the product has been damaged and we offer a free return and exchange service.

Conditions of Non-Free Returns

In the following conditions, customers are responsible for sending and returning shipping costs.

  • Arrived too late. If delivery is delayed due to logistics company reasons, eBee Technology will not accept free returns.
  • No longer want it. Customers received items but changed minds/ordered by mistake/price changed, eBee Technology does not accept returns.
  • Without manual or non-standard manual. Customers can contact us to get an e-manual or a user guide video.
  • Ordered by mistake. The customer has purchased the wrong product model, color, function, voltage, etc. We support returns and exchanges, but the shipping cost needs to be paid by the customer.
  • Contamination or damage due to the user’s mistake.

Shipping Returns

To return your products, you should ship the products to No. 478, Xinglinwan Road, Jimei District, Xiamen, Fujian, China, 361021.

If the returns are not caused by eBee Technology, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We can accept economic express delivery such as e-Packet and China Post, as well as commercial express delivery such as DHL and FedEx. If you have any other shipping options, please contact us first to confirm, otherwise, we do not assume any responsibility.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item with obvious signs of use.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, we do not support any returns or refunds for the gift section.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items with defects or damage caused by eBee Technology. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] in advance, and we will provide you with exchange services based on the actual situation.
