For wholesalers and distributors, the time for product preparation, shipment, and logistics should be discussed before confirming the order and withdrawn in the proforma invoice.

Customers can return undamaged products and receive a refund within 30 days after purchase, but corporate procurement/wholesale orders (with orders exceeding 10 units)/distributor orders may not be refundable. Orders exceeding 30 days cannot process refund requests for non-quality issues.
