At eBee, we stand behind the quality of our products. Returns are only accepted for items with verified quality issues.
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Check all packages and products for any defects or discrepancies.
Contact us first. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with:
Your eBee order number
Clear photos of the product(s), labels, and packaging
A detailed description of the issue
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Approval required: Returns are only processed after confirmation by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns (e.g., due to customer preference) will not be refunded, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Qualifying issues: If a product has a verified quality defect, we will offer a replacement, refund, or compensation for the defective item’s value (limited to the product’s purchase price).
Approved returns: Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
Lost in transit: If your package is confirmed lost, a refund will be processed upon verification.
Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather, postal delays, customs, local disruptions, or other force majeure events. While eBee cannot be held responsible for such delays, we will provide full support to resolve issues.
