How to change the shipping method of your order?

Please contact us here, and provide your eBee Order No. and the new shipping method you want to update.

Changing the shipping method may incur a shipping cost difference. All additional charges should be paid by the customer.

Note: eBee cannot change the shipping method if the package was shipped out.
